There are two ways to embed a form:
- On KTOO.org, you can use a shortcode
- On any site, you can use an iFrame code
1. Shortcode – on KTOO.org only
Log in to forms.ktoo.media
While editing a form (on any screen) look at the top of the screen for the ID number (in an orange box next to the form title)

Enter the following code on KTOO.org (replacing the number with the ID you just found):
[ask form="5"]
That’s it – you’re done! Preview the post or page to make sure it looks right
2. IFrame code – for any site
Log in to forms.ktoo.media
Under “Forms,” select the form you want to edit.

Under the “Settings” dropdown, click “Iframe”
If it’s not already checked, check the “Enable embedding” checkbox
Optional: check the boxes to display the title/description if you want them to be displayed wherever the form is embedded
Click in the “Embed Code” text field and copy it (Ctrl-C, right click and select copy, etc.)
Click the “Update Settings” button
![]()
Paste the embed code in the web site where you want the form to show up (talk to your digital services person if you need help – sometimes doesn’t work properly if you just paste it into a text area).
