When you are trying to find the shows in a given time period that do not have media attached yet. This is useful for example when you go on vacation and need to communicate with someone else the shows that will need to be checked and trimmed because the show will record and air before you return from vacation. From ProTrack do the following:

Once presented with the Scheduling Search Dialogue enter the applicable dates in the following fields:
Enter the Air Dates between and Media Starts between for the dates you will be concerned about. Then OK.
You should be presented with the shows that will record and air during the time you’re concerned about. You can then copy and paste the list to send to whomever will watch the records and prepare these shows for air in your absence.
