This program works in conjunction with Polaris Play: Ingest and changes the SDI router sources as records take place. Occasionally the settings to this program are lost, or sometimes you may wish to set it up running under a different user. For reference, the setup for Polaris Live: Route is below:
To reconfigure the router, go to Settings | Configure Routers…
Select the General tab.
- Select Add Physical Router
- Enter Utah Scientific for the description
- Enter 80 for Sources and 80 for Destinations
Select the Connection Panel
- From the dropdown select Utah Scientific.
- In the TCP/IP [Ethernet] section enter 192.168.1.100 for the IP address
- For the Port enter 5001 (or click the Default button)
- Then click OK.
From the main menu select Settings | Configure Clients
Select the Web Panels tab
[x ] Enable Web Panels
Web Server Port [ 8080]
WebSocket Port [81]
Web File Path [ C:\ProgramData\Harmonic\WebPanels
Once it is up enter 8080 for the Web Server Port.
You should now be able to start the router by clicking the “Run” button from the main dialogue.
