There are a few reasons you may want to copy multiple air dates from one day or time to another day or time. One example is after you have rippled-out a schedule and you have several blocks that are still blank (that need to be copied from the previous week). See below for an example:
Using the Multi-Air Copy feature to simplify this. Here are the steps to do that:
In the Weekly Schedule Grid, select the first air date for which you wish to copy from the previous week. From the Weekly Schedule Grid menu, select Edit | Multi-Air Copy (or Shift+F5).
That will present the Block Copy of Air Dates. Select the Source and Target dates and times for which you wish to copy.
Confirm that you wish to copy the air dates (this can take a few seconds). Once it is completed, you should be presented with a Status dialogue stating if everything was copied or not. You’ll want to make sure you don’t have any errors (and correct anything that did have an error).
