If you are wanting to export a promo or show that you want for broadcast on 360 North, here are the settings you should use for your export (CTRL+M from the edit window):

HD Programs

Export Settings:

Format: MXF OP1a

Preset: XDCAM HD 35 NTSC 60i

Video Tab

Video Codec

Video Codec: XDCAMHD 35 NTSC

Basic Video Settings

Frame rate: 29.97

Field Order: Upper First

Audio Tab

Basic Audio Settings

Channels: 2 Channel

Sample Rate: 16

If you are working on an SD program you will want to use these settings:

SD Programs

Export Settings:

Format: MXF OP1a

Preset: IMX 30 NTSC

Video Tab

Video Codec

Video Codec: IMX 30 NTSC

Basic Video Settings:

Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 (1,2121)

(UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING ON A 4×3 piece then you’ll use the D1/VD NTSC (0,9091) setting)

Audio

Channels: 2 channel

Sample Size: 16 bit

[X] Separate mono tracks

 

Once you’ve Exported the video you can place it on the server:
