Log in to forms.ktoo.media
Add a field
The available field types are on the right. To add a field to the form, Click and drag the kind of field you want to a spot on the left.
More details on the different field types.
Edit field settings
To edit a field, click anywhere on it.
At a minimum, you should set the “Field Label”
All other fields are optional – hover over the question mark icon
for more information about a setting
Move a field
To move a field around within the form, click and drag anywhere on the blue header bar of the field
When you’re done editing, click the “Update” button on the lower right.
This will update your changes anywhere this form is being used!
