You may want to run a 360 North Grid report either for your personal reference, or this is the report that is sent each week to Rovi & others from which the PBS schedule is created. Below describes the steps involved in doing that.
From the ProTrack main menu, select Programs | Program Reports | Weekly Grid Reports | Standard Grid Report
This will present the Standard Grid Report – Select dialogue. You will want to enter the date for which you want to start the report, enter how many weeks you want to have in the report, change the Lines from 3 to 5 so that the media IDs and more show information is presented, and press OK.
Then confirm that the data is correct, and either send it to PDF to generate a file, or you can go directly to a printer if you need it for your reference. The finished report will look something like this.
