The Program Highlights Report is helpful for generating a schedule of programs for a given time period that have program descriptions associated with it (from which TONIGHT rundowns can be generated).
Below are the steps involved to do this:
From the ProTrack main menu, select Programs | Program Reports | Daily Program Listings | Program Highlights Report
That will present the Program Highlights Report dialogue. You will want to select the date range for which you wish to have the report. It will require that you select the channel (KTOO – 360 North). Then select if you wish to generate a PDF, Document, Text file or go directly to a printer.
Then select DESCRIPTION from the Guide Codes dialogue. Your output will look like the following
